自制推结器在基层医院腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的设计一种腹腔镜下能够安全、可靠结扎阑尾根部的推结器械。方法 2007年1月-2014年6月,在215例腹腔镜阑尾切除术中,采用7号丝线取一端打Duncan Loop结做一直径4 cm线圈,将线圈使用自制推结器套扎阑尾根部。结果 215例手术均获成功,手术时间20-65 min,平均40 min,无出血、残端漏等并发症。结论自制推结器套扎阑尾根部操作简单,确实可靠,费用低廉,利于基层医院开展。Objective To design a laparoseopie knot pushing device for safe and reliable stump ligation in laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods From January 2007 to June 2014, we performed 215 cases of laparoscopie appendectomy with Duncan Loop-kont and self-made knot pushing device to ligate appendix stump. Results The operation suceessed in all the eases, with intraoperative time of 20 -65 rain （mean, 40 rain）. No bleeding or stump leakage occurred. Conclusions The self-made knot pushing device is safe, effective, and economic for managing appendix stump during laparoscopie appendectomy. This technology can be promoted in primary hospitals.
