摘　　要：对地方高校校企联合的现状进行调查,指出其存在的问题,通过分析政府、企业、地方高校三方在校企联合培养工程技术人才中的作用,提出了进一步推动校企联合培养工程技术人才的对策,从而改善地方高校工程教育的不足,提高地方高校工程技术人才培养的质量。This paper describes the current situation of the joint training of engineering technical talents between universities and enterprises for local universities and colleges, identifies the existing problems and looks for the reason. The problems will be pointed out and some countermeasures to further promote the engineering and technical personnel cooperation between universities and enterprise will be put forward by analyzing the role of three party joint training of engineering talent between the government, enterprises, and local universities. The measures will help improve the shortage of engineering education and the quality of engineering talents in local colleges.
