摘 要:随着既有建筑节能改造的工作大范围的开展,空调水系统中冷冻水泵的变频节能改造成为公共建筑节能改造的主要手段之一。但在目前的节能改造工作过程中,由于缺乏对水泵加装变频器之后管网水力变化的充分认识,造成部分建筑高估变频水泵的节能效果,且存在不合理设定控制方式的现象,使得这一技术并未发挥到应有的效果。通过管网特性曲线与水泵性能曲线分析,得到了变频水泵的运行工况点的确定方法;通过解析变频水泵能耗计算方法,得到影响能耗的主要因素包括综合效率与负荷率,当负荷率低于50%时,综合效率下降剧烈,应配置低负荷的水泵交替使用,根据建筑存在的负荷特征,得出变频水泵的负荷设定区间。通过对压差控制、温差控制的节能效果分析,指出同一系统中,不同控制方式、同一种控制方式的不同设定值可以实现的节能量是不同的。在实际应用中,应进行实际计算,并综合考虑设定方式的选择。通过文章分析,在实际水泵变频改造过程中,应正确认识其节能潜力,并选取合适的参数控制,以达到最佳的节能效果。With the energy efficiency re saving chilled water pumps become one of the current energy transformation process, due trofitting of existing b uildings all aver the country, energy- main means of public buildings energy efficiency. But in the to the lack of the understand for pipe network hydraulic rational set control mode causing this technique did not play to the desired effect. A method to determine variable-speed pump operating conditions point is gained through pipe network and pump performance curve characteristic analysis; The integrated energy efficiency and load factor are main factors impacting energy consumption by analyzing the calculation method for energy consumption of variable-speed pump, when the load is below 50%, the efficiency has a severe decline, that should use low-load pump alterna- tively; the load range for variable-speed pump is set depending on the load characteristics of the building. Through the analysis on energy efficiency of pressure control and temperature control, the paper points out that the same system with different control modes (or with the same control modes but with different set- tings), the achieved energy-saving value is different. In practical application, the load shall be calculated with comprehensive consideration. The energy-saving potential should be understand correctly, and the appropriate controlling parameter should be selected in order to achieve the best energy-saving effect in the actual pump .frequency transformation.
