摘　　要：从组织结构调整、数字人才培养路径、运营平台搭建、盈利模式构建等方面探索中国高校出版社数字出版产业发展的路径。The paper explored four measures that Chinese university presses could take to attain the digital transformation, i.e.： organizational structure adjustments, digital publishing talents training, choosing and developing appropriate operating platforms and establishing great profit-making modes.
