摘 要:目的 观察5%转化糖电解质液不同输注速度对患者围术期血糖及电解质的影响。方法2013年4~9月择期手术患者96例,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,按5%转化糖电解质液输注速度随机分为4ml/min输注组(A组)、8ml/min输注组(B组)和12ml/min输注组(C组)。观察并记录三组患者5%转化糖电解质液输入前(T0)、输入后即刻(T1)、输入后1h(T2)、2h(T3)的患者静脉血血糖及动脉血气电解质分析结果。结果 与T0时比较,T1时B组和T1、T2时C组血糖明显升高(P〈0.05);T1时C组Na+、K+明显升高(P〈0.05)。与A组比较,T1时B组和T1、T2时C组血糖明显升高(P〈0.05);T1时C组Na+、K+明显升高(P〈0.05)。与B组比较,C组T1、T2时血糖、T1时Na+、K+明显升高(P〈0.05)。结论 5%转化糖电解质液输注速度不超过8ml/min,不仅为患者扩充容量,且维持电解质的稳定,适用于手术患者围术期的补液。Objective To comparise different infusion rate of 5% invert sugar and electrolytes injection on the changes of blood glucose and electrolytes during perioperative period in surgical pa- tients. Methods Ninety-six patients received elective general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups (n= 32) according to the infusion rate: group 4 ml/min (group A), group 8 ml/min (group B) and group 12 ml/min (group C). The changes of blood glucose and electrolytes were recor- ded before transfusion (T0), after infusion (T1), 1 h (T2), 2 h (T0). Results The blood glucose at T1 in group B and at T1, T2 in group C, Na+ and K+ at T1 in group C were significantly increased compared to To and group A (P〈0. 05). The blood glucose at T1 ,T2 and Na+ , K+ at T1 in group C were significantly increased compared to group B (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The reasonable infusion rate of 50//oo invert sugar and electrolytes injection is less than 8 ml/min. Except for its volume replaee- rnent effect, it can also provide energy and electrolytes required for the patients during perioperativeperiod.
