摘　　要：目的了解大连市男男性行为人群(MSM)中艾滋病病毒(HIV)阳性者的生存状态及其影响因素。方法采用大连市HIV阳性者生存状态调查问卷及世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)中文版,对117名HIV阳性MSM进行调查。结果调查显示,在生理(47.65±18.63分)、心理(45.64±16.42分)、社会关系(55.61±19.71分)和环境(57.50±17.37分)4个维度中,有固定工作/经济来源者均得分较高,差异有统计学意义。感染前后职业没有变化者在生理(50.48±20.37分)、心理(45.48±16.55分)、社会关系(57.21±17.47分)和环境(59.56±18.15分)4个维度中均得分较高,差异均有统计学意义。HIV感染者生活质量在4个维度中均偏低,社会歧视、缺少亲朋支持、收入低等是HIV阳性者较低生活质量的主要影响因素。结论 HIV阳性者生活质量较低,尤以MSM明显,应加强对低收入和缺少家庭支持的MSM的医疗和社会支持,提高其生活质量。Objective To study the quality of life among MSM living with HIV/AIDS in Dalian,and analyze its influence factors. Methods Anonymous, self-administrated surveys were completed by 117 MSM living with HIV/ AIDS. WHOQOL-BREF（Chinese version） was used to measure their quality of life. Results The quality of life for HIV infected people or AIDS patients who have stable work was significantly higher in physical domain （47.65 ±18.63）, psychological domain （45. 64±16.42）, social domain （55.61±19.71） and environmental domain （57. 50± 17.37）. Meanwhile, HIV-positive people among MSM who didn＇t change their work had significantly higher score in physical domain （50. 48±20.37）, psychological domain （45. 48±16.55）, social domain （57. 21±17.47） and en- vironmental domain （59.56± 18.15）. The social discrimination, the attitude of their relatives and friends, low in- come and treatment were factors related to the low quality of life. Conclusion The quality of life among HIV/AIDS patients declined, especially among MSM. More attention should be paid on social support to improve their their quality of life.
