摘  要:传统连铸含氟保护渣,不仅污染环境,而且对铸坯和铸机设备也有不良影响。文章采用实验方法模拟结晶器制取渣膜,通过对渣膜结晶性能的研究和矿相组成的测定,得出碱度对无氟保护渣传热的影响规律:在0.9到1.4碱度范围内,碱度主要通过影响渣膜厚度来控制渣膜传热;在1.4到1.7碱度范围内,碱度主要通过影响渣膜结晶率来控制渣膜传热。为解决无氟保护渣准确控制传热问题提供基础信息和理论依据。The traditional covering slag of continuous casting with fluorine not only pollutes the environment, but also affects casting blank and chamber machine and equipment. In the paper, the process of preparing slag film with crystallizer is simulated by applying experimental methods. The laws for effects of basicity on heat transfer of fluorine free mould fluxes are obtained : the heat transfer of slag film is controlled through affecting thickness of slag film with basicity when the basici- ty is between 0.9 and 1.4 ; the heat transfer of slag film is controlled through affecting crystallizing rate of slag film with ba- sicity when the basicity is between 1.4 and 1.7, which could provide the basic information and theory evidence for solving the problem for accurately controlling heat transfer of fluorine free mould fluxes.
