摘 要:通过对苗药吊石苣苔提取物的羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基体系清除试验,表明:正丁醇、乙酸乙酯部位是苗药吊石苣苔提取物的抗氧化活性成分的主体部位,对超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基都存在清除作用,随着吊石苣苔提取物浓度的增大其清除率不断增加。吊石苣苔抗氧化性较强,极可能是一种天然抗氧化剂的新资源。Antioxidant performance of extracts of Lysionotus pauciflorus was investigated with hydroxyl free radical system and super oxideanion free radical system. For the plant extracts of Lysionotus pauciflorus, n-butanol and ethyl acetate parts contained the main antioxidant components. The result showed that the extracts of Lysionotus pauciflorus had strong scavenging capacity, and the scavenging rates increased with the amount of extracts of Lysionotus pauciflorus, which indicated that Lysionotus pauciflorus had strong antioxidant activity. As a result, Lysionotus pauciflorus was possibly a kind of new resource of natural antioxidant.
