摘  要:以环氧大豆油、有机锡、硬脂酸钙、钡锌稳定剂为原料制备复合热稳定体系。通过正交试验法分析各个组分对PVC加工性能及力学性能影响。结果表明:环氧大豆油用量对PVC加工流动性能影响较大,硬脂酸钙对PVC热稳定效果影响最大且对材料拉伸强度的影响较大。当环氧大豆油2份,有机锡2份,硬脂酸钙5份,钡锌稳定剂3份时,体系的热稳定效果最好。Compound heat stabilizing system was prepared with epoxy soybean oil, organotin, calcium stearate and Ba/Zn compound stabilizer. The effect of each component on the processability and mechanical property of PVC were studied by orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the quantity of epoxy soybean oil had important effect on processing properties of PVC. Calcium stearate had the most influential to thermal stability and obvious effect on the tensile strength. The best stabilization effects could be obtained with epoxy soybean oil 2 parts, organotin 2 parts, calcium stearate 5 parts, Ba/Zn compound stabilizer 3 parts.
