摘  要:对81份外引亚麻种质资源主要品质性状的变异度分析,结果表明,其资源间遗传差异较大,多样性丰富。相关性分析表明,粗脂肪含量与α-亚麻酸呈显著正相关,与棕榈酸呈正相关,与硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸显著负相关;α-亚麻酸与油酸、硬脂酸呈极显著负相关,与亚油酸呈显著负相关,与棕榈酸呈负相关。通过系统聚类,把81份材料划分为3大类:品种群Ⅰ油酸平均含量较高,可作为高油酸育种材料或油纤两用类型加以利用,品种群Ⅱ亚油酸平均含量较高,可作为高亚油酸育种材料加以利用,品种群Ⅲ粗脂肪平均含量和α-亚麻酸平均含量较高,可作为油用亚麻的育种资源加以利用。The result of quality variation analysis of 81 introduced oil seed flax germplasm resource showed there was significant genetic diversity. The correlation analysis showed that the crude fat content was significantly positive correlation relative to α-Linolenic acid,positive correlation relative to palmitic acid,significantly negative correlation relative to stearic acid,oleinic acid and linoleic acid,highly significant negative correlation α-linolenic acid relative to oleinic acid and stearic acid,significantly negative correlation relative to linoleic acid,negative correlation relative to palmitic acid. And 81 variety resources were divided to 3 categories by hierarchical clustering. GroupⅠ was used in high oleic acid breeding for its higher oleic acid average content; groupⅡ was used in high linoleic acid breeding for its higher linoleic acid average content; group Ⅲ was used in oil seed flax variety resources for its higher crude fat content and α-linolenic average content.
