摘  要:在3种铅胁迫浓度下(200、400、800 mg/kg),采用盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度铅污染下接种AM真菌(Glomus mosseae)对小麦生长和生化特性的影响。结果表明,铅对小麦的生长发育具有显著抑制效应,且与浓度成正比。铅胁迫显著降低了小麦植株的生物量,降低了小麦叶片叶绿素含量和可溶蛋白质含量。而在3种铅胁迫浓度下,接菌均能有效缓解铅对小麦的毒害效应,接菌显著提高了小麦地上部分和根系的生物量,增强了小麦根系活力,增加了小麦叶片叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量,提高了SOD酶活性,减少了MDA的积累,缓解了植物叶片膜脂过氧化程度,促进了小麦的生长发育。本实验表明,AM真菌在铅胁迫下能与小麦形成良好的共生关系,可以提高小麦抵抗铅胁迫的能力。A pot experiment was carried out to study the influences of Arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi( Glomus mosseae) on the growth and biochemical characteristics of wheat under three Pb levels( 200,400,800 mg / kg). The results showed that Pb had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of wheat,and with proportional to the concentration of Pb. Pb stress significantly reduced the biomass of wheat plants,the leaf chlorophyll content and soluble protein content of wheat. The mycorrhizal inoculation could effectively alleviate toxic effects of Pb stress on wheat. The mycorrhizal inoculation significantly increased the shoot and root biomass,enhanced the wheat root activity,increased the leaf chlorophyll content and soluble protein content of wheat,improved SOD activity,reduced the accumulation of MDA,eased the plant leaf membrane lipid peroxidation and promoted the growth of wheat. The result indicated that Arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi could form a good symbiotic relationship with wheat and improve the resistant ability of wheat to Pb stress.
