摘 要:以菊科、百合科、十字花科、唇形科、伞形科、葫芦科和豆科等46种作物作为供体,莴苣为受体植物,采用水浸提液的生物测定法进行作物化感潜力评价,进而测定SOD、CA4H酶活性与化感潜力的相关性。结果表明,鱼腥草、红皮萝卜和葱对莴苣生长有促进作用,水浸提液浓度分别为2.5%、5%和10%时,促进作用分别为鱼腥草>红皮萝卜>葱;薄荷、茼蒿和韭菜对莴苣的生长有抑制作用,水浸提液浓度分别为2.5%、5%和10%时,抑制作用分别为薄荷>茼蒿>韭菜。抑制生长及促进生长的作用与SOD酶活力无关,但抑制作用与CA4H活性呈正相关。根长是化感潜力评价的重要参数。In this research,46 crops such as asteraceae,liliaceae,cruciferae,labiatae,umbelliferae,cucurbits,legumes and others were used as donors and lettuce as the acceptor to evaluate the allelopathic potential by means of bioassay of aqueous extracts and the enzyme activity of SOD and CA4 H were also assayed to further identify the allelopathic potential. The results showed that 21 crops such as houttuynia cordata,red radish and green onion displayed a promotion effect on growth of lettuce,and the effect was gradually reduced as concentration of the extracts reduce from 10 % to 2. 5 %,while the other 25 crops such as mint,chrysanthemum and chives displayed an inhibition effect,and with increasing of the extracts concentration from 2. 5 % to 10 %,the inhibition effect on lettuces was increased from 25. 4 % to 43. 5% for mint,24. 7 % to 42. 6 % for chrysanthemum,but chives as an exception,a promotion and inhibition effect were observed. The inhibition effect was observed when the extracts was at 10 %,but the inverse result was at 2. 5 %. The activity of SOD had no relation to allelopathic potential,but CA4 H had close relation to the inhibition effect,and the root length was better parameter to evaluate allelopathic potential.
