摘 要:在晴朗无风天气采用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统对阿克苏地区井式灌溉(W1,灌水量60 L/次)、地表滴灌(W2,灌水量72 L/次)2种灌溉处理下幼龄灰枣[地径(3±0.5)cm]的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用效率(WUE)等光合生理指标进行测定,研究不同灌溉处理对幼龄灰枣光合生理指标的影响。结果表明:W1、W2处理下Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr日均值没有明显差异,而W1处理下WUE明显高于W2处理,W1处理下幼龄灰枣主要是靠减少地表蒸发、提高WUE来维持固定光合产物的能力。研究认为W1不失为一种灰枣节水灌溉处理方式,此结果将为阿克苏地区幼龄灰枣节水灌溉提供依据。In the sunny windless weather,using Li-6400 portable photosynntheses system,the diurnal change of photosynthetic rate( Pn),stomatal conductance( Gs),intercellular CO2concentration( Ci),transpiration rate( Tr),water use efficiency( WUE) and other physiological indicators of young Ziziphus jujubacv. Huizao [( 3 ± 0. 5) cm ground diameter] under two different irrigation treatments [well type irrigation( W1,irrigation volume 60 L one time) and drip irrigation( W2,irrigation volume 72 L one time) in Aksu]were measured,and the effects of different irrigation treatments on its photosynthetic physiological indicators were studied. The results showed that the averages of Pn,Gs,Ci,Trhad no significant differences under W1,W2 treatments in the diurnal courses,but the WUE under W1 treatment was significantly higher than that under W2 treatment. To maintain fixed photosynthetic product capacity,the young Ziziphus jujubacv. Huizao need to reduce the ground evaporation and improve water use efficiency under W1 treatment. This research suggested that the W1 treatment would be a way of Ziziphus jujubacv. Huizao water saving irrigation,which would provide the theoretical basis of precise irrigation for young Ziziphus jujubacv. Huizao in Aksu.
