摘  要:为利用白僵菌防治稻水象甲,采用田间笼罩接虫法,施球孢白僵菌YS03菌株量为5.0×109个孢子/m2,测定施菌后水稻叶片的取食斑数及水稻分蘖数、穗数、穗粒数、千粒重和产量等指标。结果表明:5.0×109孢子/m2的施用剂量下,球孢白僵菌YS03菌株对稻水象甲成虫在田间的防治效果为40%~60%,减少水稻产量损失达18.75百分点,水稻的分蘖数、穗数、穗粒数都有显著增加,仅千粒重的差异不显著。To control rice water weevil by using B. bassiana,a field experiment of prevention and control of rice water weevil was conducted by using YS03 strain with method of inoculation pest test in cage condition,the dose of B. bassiana was 5. 0 × 109 spores / m2. The authors evaluated the field efficacy of YS03 strain against rice water weevil by measuring a number of rice growth indexes and output indexes such as the number of feeding spots on the rice leaves,rice tillers,spikelets,grains per spikes,1000-grain weight,cell production. Results: The control effect was about 40 %- 60 %,the yield loss rate of return was 18. 75 %,by using YS03 strain to control rice water weevil adults in the fields at a concentration of 5. 0 × 109 spores / m2. The number of rice tillers,spikelets and grains are siginificantly increased,no significant difference in 1000-grain weight only.
