摘  要:丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKK)是编码丝氨酸/苏氨酸特异的蛋白激酶,MAPKK基因家族对植物生长发育细胞周期调控和生物与非生物胁迫响应重要作用。已在一些物种中对这个基因家族进行了识别与分析,并对其如何参与胁迫条件下信号传导进行了探讨。在这项研究中,共识别出了葡萄基因组中5条MAPKK基因,并将其基因分别定位在第9、11、11、14和17条染色体上。对5条MAPKK基因序列内含子、外显子等结构信息进行了初步的比较分析。结果表明,它们可能存在功能上的分化。系统发生分析表明,葡萄和拟南芥的MAPKK基因亲缘关系近于其和水稻之间的亲缘关系;结合拟南芥MAPKK基因分组信息,将XP_002273313.1、XP_002280877.1、XP_002283491.1归为A组,而将XP_002274862.1和XP_002283080.1分别归位B组和D组。本研究结果为进行后续葡萄MAPKK基因和葡萄果实膨大相关方面的研究提供了有价值的参考。Mitogen activated protein kinase( MAPKK) encodes serine / threonine-specific protein kinase,and MAPKK gene family had played an important role in plant growth,cell cycle regulation,biotic and abiotic stress response. This gene family was identified and analyzed,and its participation in signal transduction under stress conditions was elaborated in some species. In this study,5 MAPKK genes were identified in grape genome,which were located in 9,11,11,14 and 17 chromosomes,respectively. Preliminary comparisons of the introns,exons and other structural information of 5 MAPKK gene sequences were analyzed. The results showed that there might be some functional differentiation among these 5 MAPKK genes. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the relationship between grape and Arabidopsis MAPKK genes was more closely related than that between grape and rice; Combining with grouping information of Arabidopsis MAPKK genes,XP_002273313.1,XP_002280877. 1 and XP_002283491. 1 were classified into group A,while XP_002274862. 1 and XP_002283080. 1 were classified into group B and group D,respectively. This research would provide the proximal knowledge and valuable information of grape MAPKK gene family and a reference for future study.
