摘  要:目的探讨超声及声触诊组织量化(VTQ)技术在囊型肝包虫囊肿内容物活性判断中的应用价值。方法通过超声检查和VTQ技术,检测48例经手术病理证实的51个囊型肝包虫囊肿声像图特征及囊内容物的Vs值,并结合病理学检查资料进行比较分析。结果囊型肝包虫超声分型中,内囊分离型和实变型分别与单纯囊肿型和子囊型比较,Vs测量阳性率均增高(P<0.05);无活性原头蚴组Vs测量阳性率比有活性原头蚴组显著增高(P<0.001);病理学分级中,Ⅲ级分别与I级及Ⅱ级比较,Vs测量阳性率均增高(P<0.05);内囊破裂组Vs测量阳性率显著高于内囊完整组(P<0.001)。结论 VTQ技术结合超声声像图,在囊型肝包虫内容物活性预测中具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of liver hydatid cyst in the ultrasound and virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ)in determination of the viability of liver hydatid cyst. Methods 48 cases with 51 hepatic hydatid cysts confirmed by the operation and pathology underwent conventional sonography, then analyzed and compared the ultrasonogram and the shear wave velocities (Vs) and the pathological data. Results According sonographic type, the positive rate of Vs values in the separated endocyst cyst type and the solid cyst type was higher than in the simple cyst type and the daughter cyst type ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive rate of Vs values in the non active protoscolex group was higher than in the active protoscolex group (P 〈 0. 001 ). According pathological grade of the endocyst, the positive rate of Vs values in m grade group was higher than inland 11 grade groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive rate of Vs values in the rupture endocyst group was higher than in the complete endocyst group(P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Ultrasound and VTQ could play a crucial role in judging viability for preoperative prediction and the different development periods of liver hydatid cyst .
