摘　　要：侦查资源是侦查活动中的生产资料,侦查成本是侦查活动投入的各种耗费。侦查资源配置是指享有侦查权的主体依据刑事案件的发案环境和案件特点对侦查资源的布置和使用。侦查资源配置应该遵循相应的原则,包括:适度、系统性、资源共享、社会效益考量、迅速及时。影响刑事侦查资源配置的因素有侦查体制、机制的改革和刑事政策的制定等。Investigative resources are the means of production in investigation. The cost of investigation is the expenditure involved in investigation. The allocation of investigative resources refers to that the body who owns investigative right allocates and uses investigative resources according to the characteristics of a case and the environment when the case happens. The allocation should follow such principles as being proper and systematic, sharing resources, considering social benefits, as well as being rapid and timely. The factors influencing the allocation of criminal investigative resources include investigative system, system reform and the formulation of criminal policies, etc.
