摘　　要：培树公安英雄模范,应着眼于典型培树的长效化、常态化,在坚持实事求是原则、群众认可原则、时间检验原则的基础上,以责任机制、保障机制、宣传机制、目标管理机制为核心内容构建规范有效的培树机制。这是进一步丰富公安思想政治教育理论、发展公安文化的内在要求,也是成功培树具有鲜明时代特征、崭新精神风貌、广泛社会影响、深厚群众基础、强烈感召力和凝聚力的英雄模范的重要途径。The work of setting up hero model police should stick to the long-term effect and normalization. The mechanism of the work has to be established with the core contents of responsibility system, guarantee system, publicity system and target management system, which are based on the principles of seeking truth from fact, obtaining the masses＇ approbation and being tested by time. To establish such a mechanism is the requirement for enriching police ideological and political education theories and developing police culture. Also it is an important measure of fostering and setting up hero model police who have bright times features, whole new spirits, broad social consequences, deep masses foundation and intensive charisma and cohesion.
