摘 要:目的总结骨密度降低与老年性骨折的关系,探索双能骨密度测定在骨质疏松性骨折中的预警价值。方法将在我院治疗的50例老年女性骨折患者的骨密度测定结果作为观察组,与同期在我院门诊就诊的50例老年女性骨质疏松症患者的骨密度检测结果作为对照组进行统计分析,探索骨密度变化与骨折的关系。结果观察组的脊柱骨和股骨颈区的骨密度T值、Z值,骨折发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用双能骨密度仪检测患者骨密度可作为预防老年性骨折的一种有效预警方法。Objective To summarize the relationship between decrease of bone mineral density and senile fractures, and to explore the warning value of dual energy bone density measurement in osteoporotic fractures. Methods The data of bone mineral density measurement of 50 cases of elderly women with fracture admitted to our hospital (observation group) and 50 cases of elderly women with osteoporosis in outpatient department (control group) were analyzed retrospectively to explore the relationship between bone mineral density and bone fracture. Results The T values and Z values of bone mineral density at lumbar spine and femoral neck region, and the incidence of fractures of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Dual-energy absorptiometry for measurement of patients' bone mineral density can be used as an effective method for early warning of senile fractures.
