人文关怀应用于急诊儿科护理中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理在急诊儿科中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年12月期间所收治的118例急诊患儿作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组59例,对照组患儿采取常规护理方法进行护理,实验组患儿在常规护理基础上采取人文关怀的护理方法,对比两种护理方法的临床效果。结果实验组患儿的治疗时间与住院时间均明显少于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿的护理满意度为96.6%,对照组患儿的护理满意度为78.0%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理模式可有效改善护患关系,缩短了患儿的治疗时间,显著提高了护理效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in pediatric emergency. Methods 118 cases of children in emergency department in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, with 59 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received humanistic care on the basis of routine care. The clinical nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results The treatment time and hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate to nursing of the experimental group was 96.6%, significantly higher than 78.0% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Humanistic care mode applied in pediatric emergency can effectively improve nurse-patient relationship, shorten the duration of treatment, and improve the nursing effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
