综合护理干预对小儿心律失常的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理干预对小儿心律失常的效果。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的心律失常患儿50例,将其随机分成实验组和对照组各25例,对照组患儿给予常规护理,实验组患儿在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预,对两组患儿的护理效果进行对比分析。结果护理后实验组患儿的心率显著低于对照组患儿,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的舒张压和收缩压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对心律失常患儿进行护理干预时,在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预,能对严重不良反应的发生进行有效预防,同时让患儿的心率显著降低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pediatric arrhythmia. Methods 50 cases of pediatric arrhythmia in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the heart rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）; the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure had no statistical difference between the two groups （both P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with arrhythmia can effectively reduce the incidence of serious adverse reactions and reduce the heart rate of children, which is worthy of clinical application.
