摘　　要：目的:研发一种可有效防止针刺伤的医用针头,防止医疗中针刺伤事件的发生。方法:在传统针头的基础上设置用于封堵穿刺针头的封针套管、弹力橡胶塞及手柄,在拔出针头时,左手拇指固定手柄使其在皮肤上的相对位置保持不变,在针头、握柄及软管部分通过封针套管上的缺口后退的同时,使封针套管封住针头部分,弹力橡胶塞将整个针尖斜面封堵。结果:防刺伤医用针头可实现对穿刺针头的封堵,有效防止针刺伤事件的发生,并且避免了穿刺针头内血液的溅出。结论:防刺伤医用针头设计结构简单、造价低廉、使用方便,可用于野战急救,院前、院内临床救治等环境下使用注射器、输液针及穿刺针等各种医疗器械针头的封堵和保护,值得在临床推广使用。Objective：To research and develop a kind of medical needles, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of needle stick injuries.Methods：Setting up sealing cannula, elastic rubber plug for blocking based on the traditional needle. When removing the needle, with the left thumb fixed handle and makes it keeps the same position on the skin, with the draw back of the needle part, handle, hose through the gap, the sealing cannula sealed the needle part and the elastic rubber plug blocked the entire needlepoint cant at the same time.Results： After many clinical tests, the medical needle to block the needlepoint can be realized, and effectively avoid the occurrence of needle stick injuries and blood spatter.Conclusion： The medical needle which can prevent needle stick injury has compact structure, lower price and convenient usage. It can be used in a variety of medical apparatus and instruments for needle blocking and protection, in the field first aid, pre-hospital and hospital clinical treatment, worthy to be popularized.
