摘　　要：目的:准确评价医院医疗设备的运行状况,充分发挥医疗设备投资产生的社会效益和经济效益。方法:系统分析总结大型医疗设备成本效益分析方面的做法和经验。结果:制定效益评估指标与奖惩制度,用以指导医院医疗固定资产投入规模和方向。结论:通过医院医疗设备成本效益分析探索与实践,促使医疗设备配备方式更加科学化、合理化及规范化。Objective： Cost-benefit analysis is one of the important part of modern hospital management, hospital medical equipment makers and managers must establish the cost-effectiveness of medical devices which is the practice of awareness and implementation. In order to get more accurate evaluation of hospital medical equipment, give full play to produce medical equipment investment. Methods： Through the analysis practice and experience in cost efficiency of large medical equipment. Results： the development of the benefit evaluation index system of rewards and penalties. Conclusion： To mal^e the hospital medical equipment more scientific, rational, standardized, with the scale and direction of hospital medical fixed asset investment.
