城市闲置土地时空分布特征研究——基于1457宗闲置土地的统计

摘　　要：近年来,城市建设用地指标十分紧缺,但同时又存在大量城市闲置土地,盘活存量闲置土地对于城市土地供应具有十分重要的意义。本文运用SPSS软件对全国1457宗闲置土地进行统计分析,分别从时间、空间和土地用途三个维度揭示我国城市闲置土地的时空分布特征。研究表明:我国城市闲置土地的发生在时间上呈高低交错的特征,在空间上呈集中分布的特征,土地用途上以住宅用地为主。闲置土地的抑制和处置需在不同时期实行不同的政策,并建立出让后监管体系,对闲置土地进行分类处理。In recent years, urban construction land is very scarce, but at the same time there is a lot of idle urban land, meaning revitalize the stock idle land for urban land supply is very important. This paper uses SPSS software to the national 1457 idle land for statistical analysis were to reveal temporal and spatial distribution of urban vacant land from time, space and land use in three dimensions. Studies have shown that： China＇s urban land idle happen in time the level was staggered features in space was characterized by centralized distribution on land use in residential land based. Inhibition and disposal of idle land need different policies at different times, and the establishment of the regulatory system after the transfer of unused land classification.
