摘  要:RTV防污闪涂料能够有效提高绝缘子的污闪电压,但是其长期运行后老化问题较为严重,因此,RTV复涂作为一种经济有效的修复手段,有着重要的研究意义。针对RTV涂料复涂技术,从溶胀特性、新旧涂层的粘结性能、复涂绝缘子的防污能力等方面对其进行了深入研究。结果表明:附着力良好的旧涂层受溶胀影响很小,复涂时采用喷涂方式更有利于溶胀和粘结性能;RTV夹层污秽对界面形态和耐电蚀损特性均有不利影响,而对绝缘子整体防污性能作用较小。Room Temperature Vulcanized(RTV) silicone ruhher coating can effectively increase the pollution flashover voltage of insulator strings, but shows serious degradation after long-time operation. As an economic and effective repair method,the research of RTV re-coating is of important significance. Based on technology of RTV re-coating,thorough research is carried on from the aspects of swelling, bonding performance between the old and new coatings and anti-pollution flashover performance. Experimental results indicate that the eoating which had good adhesion is little affected by swelling, spraying is more conductive to swelling anti bonding performance. The contamination in RTV interlayer has bad effect on interface morphology and electrieal erosion resistance characteristic, while has a little impact on anti-pollution flashover performance of RTV re-coated insulators.
