高校图书馆“找书难”问题研究与思考

摘　　要：对高校图书馆"找书难"问题进行文献调研和网站调研,了解目前国内外图书馆界解决这一问题的具体做法。从图书馆和读者两方面客观分析"找书难"的原因,并提出五条解决思路:设专人负责,加强各种学习研讨空间的管理,馆藏清点,与外包公司有效沟通并细化管理,读者参与管理。Through checking literature and websites related to ＂Missing Materials＂ at aca- demic libraries, this article reveals how libraries at home and abroad solve this problem at present. Then it analyzes the causes of this phenomenon from the library and the reader and suggests five solutions, including assigning a person to take charge, strengthening the man- agement of the rooms for learning and discussion, making an inventory of the library collec- tion, conducting effective communication with its outsource companies to refine management and inviting readers to participate in management.
