摘 要:加强机电一体化设备管理,一定要认真分析故障特征,同时需要充分把握相应的优化策略,这既属于管理的重点,还属于管理的难点.本文首先指出机电一体化设备的故障特点,例如电子部分、机械部分两个方面,在此基础上,提出相应的优化策略,即同时兼顾机械部分与电子部分两个方面,以期为深入探讨机电一体化设备故障提供指导和借鉴,推动中国机电一体化事业不断向前发展.To strengthen electromechanical equipment management, we must carefully analyze their fault features, at the same time the need to fully grasp the corresponding optimization strategy, which both belong to the management point and difficulty. This paper firstly points out that the fault features of electromechanical integration equipment, such as an electronic part and a mechanical part; based on this, puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy,namely,pay attention to the two aspects of mechanical part and electronic part. This paper provides a guidance and reference to promote the research on the causes of electromechanical integration
