摘 要:以30份小麦品系为试验材料,进行小麦穗部性状与产量分析,并对性状之间进行相关性分析。结果表明,在干旱胁迫条件下,每穗粒质量、主茎穗粒数、主茎穗粒质量与单株产量间存在极显著的表型正相关和遗传正相关;在正常灌溉条件下,主茎穗粒数与单株产量间的遗传相关关系不显著。穗数、穗粒数、粒质量等各性状之间存在着复杂的关系,因而不能靠某一性状的选择来获得最高产量,应兼顾各性状的相互联系和相互影响。Thirty wheat strains were taken as test materials. Correlation analysis between panicle traits and yield in wheat was carfled out in the present study. The results showed that grain weight per spike, grain numbers of main stem and grain weight of main stem were significantly positively correlated with yield per plant on phenotype and inheritance under drought-stress condition; while genetic correlation between grain numbers of main stem and yield per plant was not significant under well-watered condition. For complex relations among number of spikes, grain number per spike and grain weight, it is hard to obtain the highest yield by the choice of a certain trait, so we should take interrelationship and interaction among traits into consideration.
