摘 要:以东方长茄(10-765)为接穗、无刺托鲁巴姆为砧木,研究了茄子穴盘嫁接育苗中劈接法和套管嫁接法对嫁接工效、嫁接苗生长和前期产量的影响。结果表明,套管嫁接法较劈接法嫁接速率、工效分别提高116.8%,118.2%;嫁接30 d内,套管嫁接苗的生长速度快于劈接苗;嫁接30 d后,套管嫁接苗的根系活力显著优于劈接苗;套管嫁接苗虽然缩短了育苗时间,但不影响开花、结果期;在温室栽培中,2种嫁接苗在植株生长和产量方面差异不显著。This paper took oriental long eggplant as the scion, took no thorn Toru Bam as the stock, studied the effects of cleft grafting method and casing grafting method in hole plate grafting seeding on efficiency, seed growth and production in the early stage. The results showed that compared with cleft grafting method, casing grafting increased the term of rate and efficiency 116.8% and 118.2%, respectively. Within the scope of 30 d, the seed growth was faster in casing grafting method. And the after root activity was significantly better than cleft grafting seedlings. Although casing grafting method shortened the seeding time, it didn't affect the blossom period. In addition, in greenhouse cultivation, the difference in the aspects of plant growth and productivity was not evident in these two methods.
