防微灵对柞蚕微粒子病防治效果的探讨

摘　　要：针对目前南阳市柞蚕微粒子病高发现状,借鉴桑蚕微粒子病防治的叶面消毒技术,探讨柞蚕微粒子病的防治方法。结果表明,壮蚕期用防微灵1∶100倍和1∶200倍药液防治微粒子病效果较好,镜检各龄迟眠蚕、病蚕、死笼茧、病蛹,化蛾逐蛾镜检,均没检出微粒子孢子,蚕期无毒性反应,对结茧率、上茧率、死笼茧率、全茧量、茧层率、合格卵圈率、单蛾产卵量等均无明显影响;连续2代喂饲的原蚕,1∶100倍药液对次代原蚕的结茧率、上茧率、死笼茧率都有不良影响,茧的性状和卵量亦有下降倾向,而1∶200倍药液则无不良影响。说明壮蚕期1∶200倍药液防治微粒子病效果好、安全性高。Tussah silkworm pebrine diseased raised in the current local zone,referencing the leaf disinfection technology of silkworm pebrine disease prevention,investigating the methods of prevention and treatment of tussah silkworm pebrine disease. The results showed that it was good that strong silkworms were fed micro spirit 1 ： 100 times and 1 ： 200 times liquid to prevent pebrine disease, microscopic examined the ages of disease silkworm, delayed molting silkworm, death worm cocoon, disease and death silkworm chrysalis, sporozoites were not detected, and there was no toxic reaction in the period of silkworm. The rate of cocoon, good cocoon, death worm cocoon, cocoon weight, cocoon layer rate, the qualified of egg circle rate and single moth fecundity were not significantly affected, 2 successive generations of parent silkworms were fed 1 ： 100 times liquid, having adverse effects on the next generation of parent silkworm cocoon rate, good cocoon rate, death worm rate, properties of cocoon and amount of egg had the tendency of decreasing too, 1 ： 200 times liquid had no adverse effects. To feed strong silkworm with micro spirit 1 ： 200 times liquid to prevent the pebrine disease, the effects was good and safe.
