普通粮农的粮食安全保障试析

摘　　要：在国家粮食安全得到保障的条件下,只要普通粮农节约粮食,不盲目提升粮食消费结构,其自身的粮食安全就可以得到保障。国家粮食安全如果得不到保障,普通粮农作为收入最低的阶层,其自身的粮食安全很难得到保障;提升经济收入是其满足自身粮食安全的最佳选择。抛荒在所难免,要解决普通粮农的粮食安全问题,必须大力推广规模经营。Under the national food security, as long as the general farmers save food, not blind to enhance food consumption structure, the general farmers＇ food security can be guaranteed. If national food security cannot be guaranteed, as the lowest income class, the general farmers＇ food security is hard to be guaranteed. Their best choice is to enhance economic income to meet their food security. It is inevitable to abandon arable land. We must vigorously promote the scale operation of farm land to solve the problems of the general farmers＇ food security,.
