摘　　要：为保障山西省苹果优质生产,系统分析山西省不同苹果主产区气候条件下苹果生产的现状及存在问题,并结合近年来研究推广的新技术为苹果的优质生产提出对策,从而促进全省苹果产业的优质快速发展。To protect the production of high quality apple in Shanxi province, the paper analysed the climate conditions of different apple main producing areas, production technology application status and existing problems, and combined with the recent research and promotion of new technology, so as to achieve the rapid development of the Shanxi province＇s apple industry, boost the deep processing of apples.
