摘 要:阐述了高效导向筛板的原理并介绍了其在燃料乙醇精馏工段粗塔扩产节能改造中的应用。相对粗塔改造前的塔板,高效导向筛板生产能力大,分离效率高。通过粗塔改造,燃料乙醇生产能力由6万t/年提高到10.5万t/年,同时塔釜废水酒精含量降低了2/3,结合对精馏工段工艺路线的优化,该塔可节省新鲜水蒸气消耗58400 t/年,同时增产燃料乙醇4.5万t/年,带来巨大的经济效益。The principles of high-efficiency flow-guided sieve tray and its application in fuel ethanol industry (energy-saving reconstruction of crude filtration column) were introduced in this paper. Compared with the column plate in crude filtration column before the reconstruction, the high-efficiency flow-guided sieve tray had the advantages including high production capacity and high separation efficiency. After the recon-struction, the production capacity of fuel ethanol increased from 60,000 tons/per year to 105,000 tons/per year. Meanwhile, ethanol content in waste-water in the kettle of the column decreased by 2/3. Combined with the optimization of the technical procedures of rectification process, the modified column could save 58,400 tons of vapor each year and increase fuel ethanol yield by 45,000 tons each year, which produced huge economic profits.
