摘　　要：中国与俄罗斯的石油合作经过近20年的磨合,已进入到一个相对稳定的发展阶段。近年来,伴随着地区性不稳定因素的加剧和西方国家对俄罗斯经济制裁的持续,两国的合作愿望更加迫切,其中能源合作是深化两国全面战略协作伙伴关系的重要纽带。阐述了中俄石油合作法律机制建立的背景,梳理了两国间石油合作及其法律机制建设所取得的成就、存在的问题及面临的挑战,进而从多边条约、双边条约及国内法层面提出了一些具体的完善建议,以期为健全完善中俄间石油合作法律机制献计献策。After nearly twenty years of running of oil cooperation between China and Russia, the bilateral cooperation entered into a relatively stable phase. In recent years, with the regional instability and sustained economic sanctions against Russia by western countries, cooperation between China and Russia become more urgent than ever, among it, energy cooperation is an important link of deepening China - Russia＇s comprehensive strategic part- nership of coordination. This paper discusses the background of construction of legal system on oil cooperation between China. and Russia, achievements of oil cooperation and the legal system construction, existing problems and challenges, then it gives some specific suggestions and advices in the hope of contributing to the improvement of legal system on oil cooperation between China and Russia from the level of multilateral treaty, bilateral treaty and do- mestic law.
