摘  要:本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出性能稳定、纺丝性能优良的醋酸聚锆纺丝液,经离心甩丝和热处理,得到强度高、韧性好的多晶ZrO2纤维。进一步以ZrO2纤维为原料制备出耐高温、隔热好的ZrO2纤维板,测试了纤维板的隔热性能和耐高温性能,并成功将ZrO2纤维板应用于蓝宝石单晶生长炉和陶瓷烧结用高温电炉,取得了极好的节能效果(节能分别为40%和88%左右)。Sol gel method was used to prepare stable and high quality zirconium acetate solution. By centrifugal spinning and heating, high-strength polycrystalline ZrO2 fibers with good flexibility were suc- cessfully prepared. Using these fibers, ZrO2 fiber-boards with high temperature resistance and good ther- mal insulation were fabricated and the corresponding properties were tested. The fiber-boards have been applied to sapphire crystal growth furnace and high temperature ceramic sintering furnace successfully, and excellent energy-saving effect was obtained (40% and 88% respectively).
