摘 要:通过使用磷酸与磷酸二氢铝的配合使用,对氮化铝粉末表面进行改性。结果表明,通过改性后的氮化铝粉末,置于水中进行水浴加热至50℃时,经过10h后,pH值无明显变化,粉末表面形貌无变化,同时经过X射线衍射检测,仍然为氮化铝相,未经改性氮化铝粉末在同等条件下,水解严重,表面形貌发生变化,水解产物经X-射线检测为Al(OH)3。通过表面处理的氮化铝粉末具有良好的抗水化性能。AlN powder was treated in ethanol with H3PO4 and Al(H2PO4)3 to passivate its surface. Af- ter placed in water bath and heated to 70℃ for 10 h, the treated powder was quite stable, the surface mor- phology of the powder and the PH value had no obvious change, and the powder is still aluminum nitride phase by the means of XRD examination. While under the same process, the surface morphology of un- treated powder was changed, indicating the powder was hydrolyzed seriously. Through X-ray diffraction detection, the hydrolysate was confirmed to be Al(OH)3. Experiment results show that the treated pow- der has good hydration resistance.
