摘 要:以六水硝酸镁、硼酸、甘氨酸、尿素为原料,运用溶液燃烧法合成了Mg2B2O5亚微米棒。利用XRD,SEM,TGDTA表征手段对产物及产物前驱体进行表征。讨论了不同温度、燃烧剂、Mg∶B比例和煅烧时间对产物的物相、形貌的影响。确定合成Mg2B2O5亚微米棒的最佳工艺条件为甘氨酸做燃烧剂、Mg∶B=1∶1、在900℃煅烧4 h,得到的产物呈棒状,直径分布在200~400 nm之间,长径比分布在3~6之间。Using six hydrated magnesium nitrate,boric acid,glycine,carbamide as raw materials,Mg2B2O5 submicron rods were prepared by solution combustion method. Product and product precursor were characterized by XRD, SEM, TG-DTA. The effects of different temperatures, combustions( reducing agents),Mg∶ B ratios and calcination time on the product phase and morphology were discussed. Finally the best condition of preparation of submicron rods Mg2B2O5 was confirmed which can be summerized as follows: glycine as combustion agents,Mg∶ B = 1∶ 1 under 900 ℃ and calcination 4 h.Under the condition,submicron rods Mg2B2O5 were prepared. The diameter distributes from 200 nm to400 nm. The ratio of length and diameter distributes from 3 to 6.
