刘景源教授合方辨治发热性疾病经验

摘　　要：刘景源教授是第五批全国老中医专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,文章结合案例,总结其应用开透、祛湿、滋阴、通阳、益气等法,辨治温病、发热性疾病临床经验。刘教授在辨治发热性疾病时,风温初期,治以开郁透表,方以辛凉轻解,给邪气以出路;湿温重在祛湿通阳,分消走泄,治以调畅三焦气机,使湿热之邪从三焦分消而解;温疟则解表寒清里热,治以益气升阳,清热除湿;温病后期以益气保津为法,治以滋阴清热透络,益气养阴,固表实卫,共调气阴两伤。总之,针对发热性疾病,采用表里双解,固护胃气,益气保津,调节三焦气机,祛邪与扶正兼顾的原则当贯穿始终。Professor LIU Jing-yuan is the adviser in the inheritance work of academic experience of the fifth group of national famous old traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） experts. This paper summarizes professor LIU＇s clinical expression in differentiating and treating fever diseases and epidemic warm diseases, such as the application of therapies of clearing stagnated heat, eliminating dampness, nourishing yin, activating yang, benefiting qi and so on. The experience of professor LIU in treatment of fever diseases and epidemic warm diseases are as follows： the treatment of wind-warm disorder in the initial stage is clearing stagnated heat from interior to superficies with formula for relieving superficies syndrome with pungent and cool natured drugs; the treatment of damp warm is eliminating dampness and activating yang and elimination of pathogens through purgation and dieresis so as to regulate qi activity of sanjiao, and eliminate pathogens from sanjiao; the treatment of warm malaria is resolving superficies and clearing interior heat, which is treated with therapies of benefiting qi for promoting yang and cleating heat and eliminating dampness usually; in the convalescent stage of febrile disease, the treatments mainly cover benefiting qi and saving fluid, which is treated with therapies of nourishing yin and clearing heat, promoting heat from collateral channels to superficies, benefiting qi and nourishing yin, consolidating superficies for arresting sweating in order to regulate deficiency of both qi and yin simultaneously. In short, for the febrile disease, it is suggested to treat with therapies as expelling pathogens from both interior and superficies, reinforcing and protecting the stomach-qi, benefiting qi and saving fluid and adjusting qi activity of sanjiao. The principle of strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor has always been throughout the stages.
