摘　　要：脾虚证属于中医脏腑辨证中常见证型,一直是临床和实验研究的焦点。四君子汤作为治疗脾胃气虚证的基础方,其相关研究尤其是作用机制方面近年来取得了长足的进展。文章就四君子汤对脾虚证模型的神经系统、内分泌系统和免疫系统等实验研究进行综述,以探讨四君子汤治疗脾虚证的现代药理作用和分子机制,促进人们对中医经方的作用机制的认识。Spleen deficiency syndrome as one common type of differentiation of viscera and bowels in TCM, has been the focus of clinical and experimental studies. Sijunzi Decoction counts among the basis of the formulas on treatment of qi- deficiency syndrome of spleen and stomach ,which related research especially mechanism has made considerable progress. This paper reviewed the experimental studies of Sijunzi Decoction on spleen deficiency animal from nervous system, endocrine system, immune system and so on. The modem pharmacological and molecular mechanisms of Sijunzi Decoction on spleen deficiency syndrome were discussed here to help the understanding of classic formulas.
