益气固表法治疗肺气虚型变应性鼻炎的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过建立肺气虚型变应性鼻炎(AR)动物模型,观察益气固表的代表方剂玉屏风散对该模型的影响,探讨肺气虚与AR的相关性,为临床益气固表法治疗肺气虚型AR提供实验室依据。方法:采用烟熏法及卵清蛋白为过敏原对大鼠致敏,建立大鼠肺气虚-AR病证复合模型,观察肺气虚对Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡的影响,运用玉屏风散治疗后观察其对Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡的调节作用。结果:肺气虚状态下,大鼠对致敏原的应答反应较健康空白对照组强烈,运用玉屏风散后益气固表组症状减轻,鼻腔分泌物、鼻黏膜的组织形态学改变较AR组、AR+肺气虚组均有显著改善(P<0.01);运用玉屏风散治疗后,大鼠血清Th1类细胞因子IFN-γ值明显提高(P<0.001),Th2类细胞因子IL-4值明显下降(P<0.001)。结论:在同样的致敏原作用下,肺气虚型动物较正常动物更容易发生变应性鼻炎,而益气固表法能通过调节Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡作用而对肺气虚型变应性鼻炎大鼠发挥治疗作用。Objective： Through observing the effects of Yupingfeng Powder on treatment of allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency in animal model, to innvestigate the relationship between lung qi deficiency and allergic rhinitis. This experiment also provided evidence for clinic treatment of allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency by tonifying qi and strengthening exterior therapy. Methods： The rat model of allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency was established by usingsmoking method and ovalbumin in rats sensitized to an allergen. The level of cytokine Thl/Th2 and the effects of Yupingfeng Powder on them were observed after treatment. Results： Compared with control group, the response reaction for allergic sources was intensity after successful modeling. Yupingfeng Powder could alleviate the symptoms. Nasal secretions and nasal tissue morphological changes were improved in tonifying qi and strengthening exterior group compared with the two control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the level of serum Th1 cytokine IFN-7 was significantly increased （P〈0.001）, and the level of Th2 cytokines IL-4 was significantly decreased （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： In the same allergy conditions, compared with normal animals lung qi deficiency animals are more prone to allergic rhinitis, and tonifying qi and strengthening exterior therapy could adjust the balance of Th1/Th2 cytokine thus play a role in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency syndrome.
