摘　　要：目的:观察化浊解毒活血通络方对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法:采用改良的线栓法制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。采用PCR法检测缺血侧脑组织VEGF表达。结果:模型组VEGF表达含量高于假手术组(P<0.05);中药中、高剂量组VEGF表达含量均高于模型组(P<0.05);且中药高剂量组效果优于中药中剂量组(P<0.05);中药低剂量组VEGF表达含量与模型组相比无明显差异。结论:化浊解毒活血通络方可以明显促进脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型VEGF的表达,存在一定的剂量相关性。Objective： To observe the influence of Huazhuo Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo Prescription on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in mice of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury （CIRI）. Mehtods： Mice models of CIRI were established through improved thread embolism method. PCR was used to test the expression of VEGF. Results： The expression of VEGF in the model group was significantly increased than the sham operation group （P〈0.05）; compared with the model group, the expression of VEGF was significantly increased in the middle dose group and the high dose group （P〈0.05）, and the high dose group was significantly better than the middle dose group （P〈0.05）, but the low dose group had no difference with the model group. Conclusion： Huazhuo Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo Prescription can promote the expression of VEGF after CIRI, and have some relationship whith the dose.
