马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者动脉僵硬度及心脏舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察马来酸依那普利叶酸片对 H 型高血压的治疗效果,探讨其对 H 型高血压患者动脉僵硬度及心脏舒张功能的影响。【方法】选择本院收治的168例 H 型高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予马来酸依那普利片10 mg,1次/日,观察组给予马来酸依那普利叶酸片,10 mg/0.8 mg,1次/日,8周为一个疗程。检测两组患者治疗前后血浆血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平、动脉僵硬度和心功能。【结果】治疗后,对照组和观察组 Hcy 水平均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。治疗后,对照组和观察组收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）和肱动脉脉压均降低,且观察组 SBP、DBP 和肱动脉脉压显著低于对照组,具有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。治疗后,观察组臂踝脉搏波传导速度（baPWV）值和 baPWV 阳性检出率显著低于对照组,具有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。治疗后,对照组和观察组心室舒张功能、收缩功能和泵血功能均显著改善,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。【结论】马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗 H 型高血压效果显著,有效改善患者动脉僵硬度和心脏功能,值得临床推广使用。[Objective]Observation of plymouth enalapril maleate folic acid tablets for treatment of H-hyper-tension to explore its effects on arterial stiffness and diastolic function of heart in patients.[Methods]A total of 1 68 cases of H-hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received enalapril maleate tablets 10mg,1 time/day,while observation group received enalapril maleate fo-lic acid tablets,10mg/0.8mg,1 time / day.Each course of treatment took 8 weeks.Plasma Hcy levels,arterial stiffness and cardiac function are assessed in both groups of patients before and after treatment.[Results]After treatment,the Hcy levels were reduced in both control group and observation group.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0.05）.After treatment,the SBP,DBP,and pulse pressure were decreased in both control group and observation group;and the observation group,SBP,DBP,and pulse pressure was significantly lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）.After treat-ment,baPWV values and baPWV positive rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05 ）.After treatment,cardiac ventricular diastolic func-tion,systolic function and pump function were significantly improved in both control group and observation group, and the degree of improvement in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Enalapril maleate folic acid tablet is significantly effec-tive in the treatment of H-hypertension and better improves patients＇arterial stiffness and cardiac function.
