三黄巴布软膏贴剂对甘油果糖所致静脉炎动物消炎实验研究

摘　　要：目的 观察三黄巴布软膏贴剂对甘油果糖所致动物静脉炎模型中血清IL-6表达及相关病理镜检结果分析.方法 采用实验兔耳缘静脉注射甘油果糖,复制静脉炎模型,采用随机数字表法将18只模型兔分为对照组、三黄软膏组和三黄巴布软膏贴剂组,每组各6只,模型建立后进行采血送检及病理学检测.结果 三组动物模型IL-6含量之间变化差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,此外,病理结果评分显示巴布剂组与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 三黄巴布软膏贴剂可以通过降低血清中IL-6炎症细胞因子含量,并改善注射区域血管条件,达到治疗甘油果糖静脉注射引发实验兔耳静脉炎的效果,并较三黄软膏更具优势,值得临床实践应用.Objective To observe the effect on the serum level of IL-6 of San huang babu ointment patch on the animal model of phlebitis caused by glycerin fructose and related pathology change. Methods Glycerol fructose were injected into the experimental rabbit ear margin vein to copy phlebitis model, random number method was applied to pick divide 18 rabbits into three groups with 6 model rabbits in each, control group, san huang ointment and San huang babu ointment patch group, blood sample were collected and pathological examinationwere applied. Results The serum IL-6 levels varied significantly （ P〈0.05 ） .Three groups of animal model of, in addition, the pathological results scores showed san huang babu ointment patch group had statistical differences compared with the other two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion San huang babu ointment patch can reduce serum IL-6 inflammatory cytokine levels, and improve the injection area vascular conditions, therefore can treat the experimental rabbit ear vein inflammation triggered by glycerin fructose intravenous injection., the effect is better than san huang ointment.
