摘 要:通过分析我国铁路调度系统发展过程中存在的问题,针对已有调度系统功能单一、信息共享难度较大的实际情况,提出以统一平台、集中指挥、管控一体为主要特征的新型调度系统理念。新系统融合编组站综合集成自动化系统(CIPS)、调度集中系统(CTC)等成熟系统的技术和设计思想,以统一信息平台为基础,实现管辖范围内所有车站行车、现车、调车、货运、机车等信息的统一管理和基于统一信息的同步作业管理,实现所有列车、调车进路的集中监督与控制,代表着铁路调度系统集成化、综合化、智能化的发展方向。Through analyzing the problems existing in development process of railway traffic control system in China, targeting with the actual status of existing traffic control system like single function and diffcult information sharing, this paper puts forward the concept of new traffic control system with the characteristics of unified platform, centralized command and integrated management & control. The new system combines the technologies and design ideas of mature system like CIPS and CTC, takes unified information platform as the foundation, realizes unified management of all information like train operation in station, cars, shunting cars, freight cars and locomotives, the synchronous operation management besed on unified information, and the centralized supervision and control of all trains and shunting route, and also represents the development trend of integration, comprehensiveness and intelligence of railway traffic control system.
