摘 要:改进了传统架桥机的辅助式起升机构,设计出一种新型自移式起升机构。该起升机构使车轮组及液压升降装置布置主梁两外侧轨道上,改变传统起升机构车轮组支撑在主梁轨道上的安装方式,降低了起升机构及整机的高度,为架桥机起升机构的优化设计和整机过遂施工提供科学依据。As introduced in the paper,the auxiliary lifting mechanism of the traditional bridge girder erection machine is improved and a new self-moving lifting mechanism is designed.Such mechanism enables the wheelset and hydraulic lift-ing device to be installed on the outer rail of the main girder,changes the traditional installation method where the wheelset of the lifting mechanism is supported on the beam track,lowers the height of the lifting mechanism and the entire machine, and provides scientific basis for e toptimal design of the lifting mechanism and through-tunnel construction of the bridge girder erection machine.
