摘　　要：介绍了锥形电机制动器的制动原理、制动器的设计和主要参数的计算。结合设计过程中的实例,针对制动相关零件风扇制动轮的失效,采用相关软件帮助分析,进行简单而有效的处理,大大提高了零件的安全系数,对整个制动器的安全使用提供了保障。The paper introduces the braking principles of the taper motor drive,design of brakes,and the calculation of main parameters.With reference to practical examples of design,in view of failure of brake wheel of related parts,related software is applied to facilitate analysis and simple and effective handling,to significantly improve safety coefficient of the parts and provide guarantee for the secure use of the entire brake.
