摘 要:砂型铸造工艺制备了BTMCr20港机衬板,对衬板的低温回火组织和性能进行了研究。研究表明,BTMCr20衬板的平均硬度为62HRC,冲击韧性为3 J/cm2,室温组织为回火马氏体、碳化物和残余奥氏体,碳化物呈断续网状,弥散分布在金属基体之间,使衬板具备了良好的抗冲击磨损性能。通过在青岛港矿石码头的初步试验,BTMCr20衬板具有良好的硬度和抗冲击韧性,可大幅提高服役寿命,缩短维护周期。The sand casting technology is used to develop the lining plate of BTMCr20 port crane, and the lining plate is studied in respect of low-temperature tempered structure and performance. Studies show that the BTMCr20 lining plate has an average hardness of 62HRC, impact toughness of 3 J/cm^2, and the room-temperature composition including tempered martensite, carbide, and retained austenite. The carbide is of discontinuous reticular structure, dispersively distributed in the metallic matrix, making the plate resistant to impact or wear. Initial tests at Qingdao Port ore terminal show that BTMCr20 lining plate has high hardness and impact toughness, which can significantly improve the service life and shorten the maintenance period.
