摘 要:以白蜡树(Fraxinus chinensis Roxb.)种子为材料,在实验室内研究了不同浓度镍对种子萌发及幼苗生长的污染效应。结果表明,1 mg/L的Ni^2+提高了发芽率,提升了种子的活力;5、10 mg/L的Ni^2+仅提高了发芽率,但是对种子的活力贡献不大;而50、100 mg/L的Ni^2+则对白蜡树种子的中后期发芽和生长产生了明显伤害,导致无法成苗;说明低浓度的Ni^2+促进白蜡树种子的萌发和生长,而高浓度的Ni^2+则有抑制作用。抑制白蜡树种子发芽率的Ni^2+阈值为10-50 mg/L,抑制胚根伸长的阈值在1-5 mg/L内,抑制胚轴伸长的阈值在5-10 mg/L内,所以白蜡树施肥后土壤镍浓度不应超过5 mg/kg。With the seeds of Fraxinus chinensis Roxb., the effect of different concentration of nickel on seed germination and seedling growth was investigated. The results showed that, 1 mg / L Ni^2+increased germination rate and seed vigor; while 5 mg / L,10 mg / L Ni2 +only increased germination rate, but had little effect on seed vigor. 50 mg / L, 100 mg / L Ni2 +had obviously damaged effect on later germination and growth of seeds, leading to a low seedling survival rate even unable to seedling. The results suggested that low concentration of Ni^2+accelerated seed germination and seedling growth; while high concentration Ni^2+showing the inhibition effect. The threshold value range of inhibition on germination rate was 10 to 50 mg / L, on radical elongation was 1 to 5 mg / L, and on hypocotyl elongation was 5 to 10 mg / L. It was concluded that the soil nickel concentration of F. chinensis should not exceed 5 mg / kg after fertilization.
