摘 要:研究目的:对动静不同的两种健身方式的特点和对人们身心影响的分析,使大众对怎样选择适合自己生理及心理的体育运动方式有确切的了解,为大众终身体育意识打下基础,为普及全民健身运动奠定良好的基础。研究方法:文献资料法、对比分析法、数理统计法、调查法。研究结果:练习健身气功的人,心血管和呼吸系统功能增强,练习对象多以中老年人为主;练习健身健美操的人,身体线条优美,体重减轻,肺活量增加,练习对象多为年轻一代群体。The research purpose: This article through to the movement characteristics of different ways of two kinds of fitness and the analysis of the influence on people's physical and mental, make the public on how to choose suitable for their physiological and psychological way of sports have a precise understanding, laying a good foundation for the masses lifetime sports consciousness,make more people into fitness,to popularize the national fitness movement to lay the good foundation. The research methods: Using the method of literature,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics method for the people of Xi 'an 400 qigong exercises and fitness aerobics, cycle for three months of investigation, The survey results: the people of practicing qigong,cardiovascular and respiratory system enhancements, practice object is given priority to with the elderly; The exercise fitness aerobics of people,graceful body,weight loss,increase lung capacity,practice object for the younger generation.
