摘 要:双面双弧焊(DSAW)是一种高效的低合金高强度厚钢板焊接方法,致力于研究焊接预热温度对DSAW工艺的影响。建立了计算机数值模型预测实时焊接温度,经验证模型预测结果与实际焊接结果良好吻合。斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验表明,在相同的预热温度下,样品经DSAW工艺焊接比传统焊接有着更好的冷裂抗力。而且未经预热处理采用DSAW工艺焊接的试样的冷裂抗力也明显优于经100℃预热处理采用传统焊接工艺的试样,两者临界应力分别为528.31 MPa和393.44 MPa。因此,DSAW工艺可以在更低的预热温度,甚至没有预热的情况下实现低合金高强度厚钢板的优良焊接。Double-side double arc welding(DSAW)is an efficient welding method for high strength low alloy thick plate, the effect of welding preheating temperature on DSAW process is studied in this paper. The computer numerical model is established to predict the real-time welding temperature and it is verified that the predicted result is conform to the practical result. Y-slit type crack test indicates that under the same preheating temperature, sample welded by DSAW process has better cold crack resistance than that welded by traditional welding. And the sample welded by DSAW process without preheating obviously has better cold crack resistance than that welded by traditional welding process with 100 ℃ preheating, and the critical stress of these two samples respectively are 528.31 MPa and 393.44 MPa. Therefore, DSAW process can achieve good welding performance of high strength low alloy thick plate in lower preheating temperature,even under the condition of no preheating.
